We require all applicants to have an income that is 3 x the monthly rent, based on net income. We like to see a 600+ credit score, however, we do have a second chance program for lower credit scores that show good payment history, no eviction, no criminal history, and no bankruptcies in the last 5 years, etc. Approval is NOT guaranteed. The second chance program will have a deposit 1.5 - 2 times the rent. Please feel free to apply.
An application must be completed for anyone 18 and older that is going to live in the property with you.
Make sure to use our website to schedule a showing and apply, not a third party. We do not accept applications, credit reports or home tours from anyone or other service providers.

Your net income must meet the 3 times the rent per our requirement. We calculate income based on the net income (bring home income). If you are applying with others, calculate all the applicants income together.
